RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments (massage therapy, lymph drainage, scar release, sauna sessions) may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. You can do this directly from the confirmation email you receive. If you have any trouble with this, feel free to reach out via phone (text/call) or email.

If you need to cancel your appointment after that point, you will be responsible for half the cost of the appointment UNLESS you find someone to take the appointment time for you and notify us of this change before your appointment time.

For missed appointments with no call before your scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.

The session fee will be waived in the case of illness only if we are notified before the appointment time. We definitely do not want you coming in if you are ill with something contagious, but please let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust accordingly. The fee may also be waved in the case of an emergency, inclement weather/unsafe driving conditions, and health issues.
