"I don’t have a lot of experience getting a massage, and was a little nervous.
Clarice was kind and put my mind and body at ease.
I’ll definitely be back."
"Shelby is so sweet!!
She made me feel very comfortable and the massage was amazing!!!
I’ve rebooked once and feel like massages with her might be a new monthly routine."
"Kari was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and her techniques. She knew what I needed.
My scar felt so much better after the massage. The next day, the tightness I felt and fluid build up I had were gone.
I would recommend this treatment to anyone who is struggling with a scar or is post surgery.
What about the cost?
We do everything we can to ensure fair pricing that still pays our staff well, though we understand that it can still be tough to budget for.
If you want to test out massage therapy without having to invest a bunch in your first appointment, try a short 30 min session for $50 - it may just do more than you think!
If that is out of reach, consider having friends or family give you a gift card to us next time they are looking to get you a gift!
Will I have to take my clothes off?
Not if you don't want to! You can take off or leave on as much as is comfortable for you.
Just know that you will be covered in a sheet and blanket everywhere except where the massage therapist is actively working, so you should never feel exposed.
The most common amount of undressing is to either take everything off or just leave underwear bottoms on.
Please note that Rapid NFR is done as a fully clothed therapy.
Will it hurt?
Massage should really only ever feel good with the ocassional foray into the "good hurt" territory. Anything more than that is too much and you can simply tell your massage therapist that.
Some light soreness after is normal, but if you feel serious soreness, then you can ask that the massage therapist use a lighter touch next time. Everyone is different and every session is different, so communication is key. Also, working out serious tension is far more likely to cause soreness than a session focused on soothing.
If you specifically book a Rapid NFR session, however, please note that it is a different way of working the body and does involve some pain.
